At our venue, wedding ceremony coordination services are available to be added on to all packages if your wedding ceremony is being held onsite. From conducting your ceremony rehearsal, to coordinating processional music, our event coordinators will take all of the work out of your hands to ensure that everything runs smoothly and is stress free for you.

DAY BEFORE
Officiating ceremony rehearsal (if officiant is not attending)
Coordination of processional and recessional line up – parents, wedding party, bride and groom.
Gathering all wedding ceremony items: unity candle, programs, and copies of readings, marriage license, and any other personal items for ceremony
DAY OF
Welcoming and directing guests to ceremony
Directing music logistics – prelude, processional, and recessional
Line up of wedding party for processional
Directing guests to cocktail hour
