WEDDING PLANNING GUIDE
Our event coordinators strive to ensure that your wedding day is perfect! To guide you through the entire planning process, we have created a Wedding Planning Guide and Timeline to keep you on track.
AFTER BOOKING A VENUE
- Reserve church or ceremony location and book your ceremony officiant
- Set your budget
- Set up a consultation meeting with Constantino’s and decide that we are the perfect caterer for your wedding day!
- Complete contract and deposit to hold the date with Constantino’s
- Compile your guest list and organize addresses
- Book your entertainment
- Research and book florists, photographers, and videographers
- Reach out to hotels; secure guest accommodations and room blocks
- Research and book transportation
- Order invitations and other event stationery
- Register for gifts and special wedding items (toasting flutes, cake knife set, etc.)
SIX TO EIGHT MONTHS BEFORE
- Schedule your FREE tasting to help choose your wedding menu items
- Finalize all tent, table, chair, and event rentals coordinated through Constantino’s
- Have a cake tasting and decide on a bakery
THREE MONTHS BEFORE
- Schedule a meeting to finalize wedding details (floor plan, timeline, linen choices, etc.)
- Finalize your wedding menu
- Choose what type of alcohol you want to serve at your wedding
- Schedule rehearsal time and dinner, send invites
- Mail wedding invitations
ONE MONTH BEFORE
- Work with Event Coordinators to create seating and floorplan arrangements
- Touch base with all vendors to confirm details (song list, photo list, timeline)
- Schedule your final meeting
- Collect RSVP’s
TWO WEEKS BEFORE
- Finalize menu, final number of people, reception timeline, floor plan, and all reception details with us
- Make Final Payment
WEDDING DAY
- Let Constantino’s Catering and Events take it from here!
- Enjoy your wedding day!!
