DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION
If you have done most of the pre-planning yourself but want to someone to help you iron out the final details and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of, then let us take all of the stress out of your big day by coordinating all aspects of your reception. If you are in need of assistance for your wedding ceremony, there are options for ceremonies at both your reception location or an offsite location.

ONSITE CEREMONY + RECEPTION
This package is for day of wedding coordination when your ceremony and reception are being held at the same off-premises location, not our venue.
WEEK OF WEDDING
- Meeting at reception venue to go over all onsite ceremony and/or reception details
- Going over all personal wedding items for set up
DAY BEFORE WEDDING
- Directing and assisting with the ceremony rehearsal
DAY OF WEDDING
- Setting up all personal wedding items at ceremony/reception locations.
- Overseeing setup of ceremony/reception site.
- Meeting vendors on site
- Contacting vendors throughout day (if necessary).
- Managing and assisting with the ceremony: directing guests, music logistic, lining up wedding party for processional.
- Welcoming and assisting guests during the reception.
- Collecting gifts and cards.
- Directing wedding party for introductions at reception.
- Contact person between caterer and band/DJ for schedule of events: first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, toasts, etc…
- Collecting and packing up all your personal items at the end of the night.
CHURCH CEREMONY + RECEPTION
This package is for day of wedding coordination when your ceremony and reception are taking place at two different off-premises locations, not our venue.
WEEK OF WEDDING
- Meeting at reception venue to go over all onsite ceremony and/or reception details
- Going over all personal wedding items for set up
